Facelift

My couch and coffee table desperately needed a makeover.

Thanks to Ashley over at Make It and Love It for THIS Pillow Cover Tutorial
It was sew easy ;)

And I saw THIS table runner and wanted to give it a try. Don't look to closely, this was my first one.

I used all these fabrics below and I think they added just the right amount of life to my family room.

All of these prints are available in the shop HERE.

The red fabric on the pillows I found at Home Fabrics, and I had a few scraps left over for the table runner.

Project Time

I couldn't cut into the Wheels Collection quickly enough.

I have made TOO MUCH stuff for my daughter, and decided I better spoil Jack a little bit.

A tie is what every boy wants, right?

I used THIS tutorial. Super Easy.

I think it took a total of 30 minutes.

I used my machine instead of hand stitching everything. Because let's face it, who has time for that ;)

Tomorrow is Monday. Sigh. Don't worry, the weekend will be here again before you know it!

Enjoy!

Wheels!

Riley Blake Designs must have gotten the memo that it is hard to find cute boy fabric-

and decided to remedy that!

First All Star and now WHEELS!

This awesome collection landed on my doorstep this morning, and I have to thank my UPS Man for hauling the gigantic box into my office.

Love Him.

Love the Fabric.

Lots of Love.

Head on over to the shop and place your order today!

One of My Favorites

The Yui Kokeshi print is by far one of my favorite prints in the shop.
How can you not love these little ladies!

I have been wanting to make something for my daughter out of it, and decided to try some pants.

I used THIS tutorial for the pants.

This was my first attempt with pants, so don't look too closely.

And of course it needed a top to match, so I used a t-shirt from Walmart, and cut out some of the ladies and appliquéd them on.

The pants may fit my sweetie a little tightly, but I still think they are cute!

Here is the Yui Kokeshi Print in the shop

It will be on SALE all week for $7.00 a Yard!

Bright & Fun!

Ever since this collection came in, I have been DYING to make something for my daughter out of it! It is a super-twirly skirt, and I LOVE it! It was made from the Flora and Fauna Collection by Patty Young, found here.
