I am absolutely smitten with this collection! I am finding that I have a deep love for all things 'nautical'.  And since that seems to be this summer's fabric theme, I am one happy woman!

This season it is also all about the ORANGE!

  

 So bright and cheery, this collection has my heart singing!

I am wondering if my sewing skills are up to this project!

Holy smokes, this collection is captivating.

If you need to take a second to breath it all in, go right ahead.

  

These prints are cotton metallic.  

You heard me.... THEY ARE SHINY!

I am all for anything a'glitter!

I feel as though I should be wearing these prints, while yachting through the Mediterranean. 

Please excuse me while I go get my yacht ready.

Dream on, right!

New Fabric Friday

Three ginormous sized boxes arrived a few days ago....

Inside were all 34 prints from 

Lucy's Crab Shack by Sweetwater for Moda

Here is just a sampling...

 I'm not going to lie....this is my FAVORITE collection from Sweetwater yet!

There is something about that "Trunks & Tops" print that makes me want to buy a Beach Cruiser, and move to the Beach, and wear my swimsuit out to the store and feel totally fine about it.  

But since I live in Idaho, and it snowed here yesterday, and since swimsuits in our grocery stores are kind of frowned upon....I guess I will just keep dreaming.  Or I can make a snazzy quilt out this bundle and literally wrap myself up in the beach!

Yes, that is what I will do ;)
